The dog’s superior sense of smell comes from 220 million olfactory receptors in its nose. Compared to the human’s paltry 5 million, it’s no wonder smell is considered to be the dog’s primary sense.            Never allow your dog eliminate(poop) where he likes. This is because consistency is key in dog training. If you let your dog anywhere, he will continue to do just that; in the yard, on the carpet and that is not ideal.
